If you join one of our window cleaning rounds, you can pay the safe and easy way by setting up a one off direct debit mandate that will enable us to collect future payments which are taken automatically AFTER each clean has taken place. This is protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee -

You will no longer need to remember to pay invoices after each appointment.

You will only be charged once your appointment has been completed, so if for any reason it can’t go ahead you won’t be charged.

You won’t receive any reminders to pay so no additional texts or emails from us asking for payment.

Payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee, as with your existing DD mandates your bank can refund any unexpected or payments taken in error the same day, meaning this is the safest payment method currently available to you.

All sensitive details are RSA encrypted, and only communicated securely.

1. You agree to take out one of our regular services such as 8 weekly window cleaning for a fixed price per clean
2. We enter your service into our system and send you an invitation to set up a direct debit (normally by email) 
3. You complete a simple online form which is securely managed by our Direct Debit provider called GoCardless - and THATS IT! 
4. We will notify you once we have completed each clean and GoCardless will take care of collecting payment by Direct Debit usually around 3 days later 
5. GoCardless will send you a payment notification three working days before each payment is due to be charged
